Creamy Chicken Avocado Salad is a mix of creamy avocado and mayonnaise, with the moist texture of baked chicken packed into a nutritious ketogenic lunch.
Place the chicken breast on a baking tray and cook at 180° C (375° F) for 20 mins (optionally add paprika to the top of the chicken breast at this point)
Cut up the salad ingredients to your liking, place on a plate (usually i use the lettuce as a bed to place all the other ingredients on
Cut the chicken into pieces and place onto salad. Mix the mayonnaise with the sesame seed oil and use as a dressing.
