Erythritol

Coriander
Cilantro (chopped)

Lettuce
(For Cups)
Instructions
Heat a frying pan to medium high and add the ground pork to the pan. Add in the onion, garlic coconut oil and fish sauce.
Cook for about 5-10 minutes until browning starts to occur.
Remove from the heat, mixing in the lime juice, erythritol and coriander, and let it sit for 2 mins.
Spoon into your lettuce leaves and enjoy.
