Ingredients

Organic Tofu
(1 lb)

Coconut Oil

tsp
Ginger
grated
1

Onion
thinly sliced

Tbsp
soy sauce
1
Tbsp
Erythritol
1
tsp
Sesame Oil
1/2
cup
water
1
shallot
chopped
1
tsp
Toasted sesame seeds
garnish

Cauliflower
(riced)
Instructions
Slice the cauliflower into small pieces (rice-sized pieces) and place in the steamer basket above water. Cook for 10-15 mins.
Cut the tofu into large cubes, and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the coconut oil into a frying pan, and fry the tofu, turning onto each side until crispy.
Remove the tofu from the pan and add the onion and grated ginger. Cook until transparent.
Then, add the soy sauce, erythritol, sesame seed oil, water and the pre-cooked tofu.
Let it simmer for 5 mins on low.
Serve with cauliflower rice.
