Asian Steamed Chicken with Greens utilises sesame seed oil and ginger with shallots, which give it its asian style. Here in Australia its hard to get a bad asian restaurant, so we generally eat take away asian. The only problem is that it usually contains epic amounts of sweet sauce or beds of rice.
Bring a large pot of water to boil with the steamer on top. Slice the chicken breast from side to side (as if you where to butterfly) and place the chicken in the steamer for 10 mins each side
As the timer hits 15 mins, add the bok choy into the steamer and cook for 5 mins
Whilst the ingredients are cooking, chop the shallots and ginger and add them to a bowl. Add the sesame seed oil and mix together to form a sauce.
Place the chicken on a plate and cover with the sauce. Enjoy!
