Keto Toast with Butter and Jam

Ingredients

Bread:

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Jam:

  • 1 cups strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds ground

Instructions

Bread:

  • Place all the ingredients into a mug. Mix until combined with a fork. Microwave for 90 seconds. Cut and enjoy.

Jam:

  • Place the berries into a saucepan or bowl, and mash with a potato masher (or a fork).
  • Add in the lemon juice and chia seeds and place on the stove.
  • Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 min.
  • Add in the sweetener and remove from the stove. Let it cool and place in jam jars.

    Hi, if don’t have a microwave and want to make it in oven, what temp and how many minutes do you need?

      Sesame seed flour works really well also! same amount as almond flour
