Your recipe says 1/2 tbsp of almond flour but the result is not good, is it instead 1/2 cup of almond flour?
Pls let me know if its a cup , then the nutrional table changes?
Thanks

Hi! I tried this recipe with 1/2 Tablespoon of almond flour and 1/2 Tablespoon of Cream Cheese as its listed in the recipe card and my dough did not look anything like the one in your meal prep video. I also noticed that in the video you said 1 Tablespoon, so im not sure if it was me who made the mistake or the recipe card.

Oh my goodness, sooooo good! Had some trouble getting the mozzarella to combine out of the microwave, but put the combined mixture in a non stick frying pan and stirred on medium heat until it all combined. Due to the delicate consistency, when it came time to flip the “dough” I found it easiest to turn the pan upside down over a closely held plate and then repeat to get the pizza base back into the pan to cook the other side. A pancake flip was out of the question :’) Once crisped to my liking, I set it back on the plate, added the toppings and voila! Dare I say, better than a lot of regular pizzas I’ve tried pre-Keto! Can’t wait to experiment with more toppings next time 😀 Thanks so much for the recipe! x

I found when i added the egg it wouldn’t combine
Had to get rid of half there egg of the mixture for it to mix otherwise it was too runny
FatForWeightLoss says
Hi Preeti, this means your cheese wasn’t hot enough.

To Gracie – you can simply melt the cheese and cream cheese in a double boiler on the stove top. I do it all the time and it works great.

I can’t eat cauliflower but I’m also trying to go dairy-free. Is there a way to make a nice bready crust without dairy? I’ve found most crusts I try are too eggy in texture and not bready enough. If you get what I mean?

Hi I have done the pizza on Keto Bread. Just fry the bread in some butter turn over and add the sauce etc. you can either put it in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese or just let it remain in the frying pan. Really good.
Judy says
New to this, can you use something beside Passata sauce?

I made this last night and found with a trial and error attempt that it cooked better when I cooked the dough as if it were a pancake. Thanks for all these amazing recipes!

Interesting! Great tip 😉

I don’t care to use the microwave for meal prep. Each time I consider making the dough for pizza or other KETO items, I shy away from it just because I’m having a difficult time figuring out how to accomplish the same melting process over a gas stove. I’m sure it ca’t be that difficult… maybe you have a general guideline for the level of heat and the time it would take to do this? Thank you!
