Garlic Aioli sauce is a creamy, zesty version of your favorite mayonnaise, mixed in with all of the nutritious ingredients commonly found on the ketogenic diet. It’s perfect as a sauce for celery, keto burger sauce or even on fish as a simple alternative to tartar sauce.
Sauces are something that not many food bloggers cover, but can actually make a huge difference in the life of a ketogenic dieter. Having a few dips and sauces around the fridge can easily turn a boring slice of keto bread, or steamed fish into a deliciously tasty cuisine item ready for consuming.

I used avocado mayo too! So incredibly good, I could eat it with a spoon, Today I spread it over baked chicken thighs. I also added 2 T to jazz up a lackluster homemade vinaigrette This will be my go-to sauce which I will make by the pint to always have on hand. If one doesn’t have a garlic press, just chop the garlic cloves, sprinkle with the salt, then smash with the back of aspoon. Takes only a few seconds to turn into « paste » Bravo, merci!
