Who would have thought you could turn sliced salami into keto salami crisps? They are delicious and salty and can be a little spicy if you get the hot salami. These are delicious as an accompaniment to some Garlic Aioli, Baked Camembert or even some Kale Chips
These salami chips are so easy to make. Keto doesn’t really get too much more simple than this.
Too much salami, however, isn’t a great thing, since it’s processed meat, so be sure to mix it up with plenty of other fresh or baked vegetables in order to offset the processed foods with the natural ones.

Keto Salami Crisps
- 100 g Salami Sliced (3.5oz)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Preheat your oven to 180C (355F)
- Place the sliced salami onto a baking sheet with partchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil
- Cook for 15-25 mins depending on your type of oven and thickness of salami until crispy
- Alternatively, you can microwave these on high for 2 mins on a peice of paper towel for super fast crispyness.
