Low Carb Chilli Sauce
- 2 Red Chillies Chopped
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 1/4 Cup Erythritol
- 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 2 Cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon ginger crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer, stirring frequently for 7 mins.
- Remove from the heat and place into a glass container. Keep refrigerated.
