Tips & Notes:
Bonus recipe - Vanessa Spina also loves adding Gelatine in her coffee, and she does this by adding 1 tsp of gelatine powder blended with the coffee. It is just as delicious and lasts a little longer due to the fact that there is no raw egg in the mixture.

If you used gelatin instead of egg would it last longer or not need refrigeration? Is there a way to get different flavors? Like substituting other extracts in place of the vanilla? I ask because I love cold drinks and hate washing my blender’s heavy pitcher after each use.

When you are adding in gelatine, is that instead of the egg or added to coffee separately(something I already do) but if it’s to be used instead of the egg, that is even better, as I won’t have to worry about the raw egg, and I can make a larger batch of the emulsified MCT oil.

You have to use either or

The gelatin, is that 1 tsp for all 4 servings or is it 1 tsp per serving? Would I just add it the same as I would the egg or does it have to be added when adding the coffee? I’m sorry, the bonus recipe didn’t seem clear on that.
FatForWeightLoss says
1 tsp for all 4 servings 🙂
Natalie says
I am sorry but where is the coffee? I don’t see it at all in the recipe.
Trudy Del Brooco says
You add it to your coffee, it’s like adding a creamer.

When I first started looking at your website, I ordered a book which I never received. It was in my email to look at but I was lead to believe I was receiving a hard back book. I really have enjoyed your recepies from the bread to desert, thanks. jb
