Keto Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream Pure Cream
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Cocoa Powder
- 30 g Dark Chocolate / Bakers Chocolate 1 oz
- 2 tsp Erythritol
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the cream, water, cocoa powder and erythritol until it begins to boil.
- Reduce the heat, adding the dark chocolate and vanilla extract, mixing around until completely melted.
- Remove from the heat, place into a cup and enjoy.
