Keto Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Mince Ground Beef (500g)
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Corriander chopped (cilantro)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C (355 F)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients with the ground beef
- Roll them into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (baking paper)
- Cook for 20 mins, turning every 10 mins until desired.
- Alternatively, Pan fry the meatballs. (Cover with a lid to capture the heat all around).
