Pork Meatballs with Garlic Yogurt Dip
- 500 g Pork Mince 1 lb
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream Pure Cream
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Worchester sauce
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cloves Garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dried Dill (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 180C (355F)
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the meatball ingredients and mix around with clean hands.
- Place baking paper into a large baking tray.
- Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out a portion, and roll into balls
- Bake for 10 mins, flip them over and bake for another 10-15 mins until cooked all the way through
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, crushed garlic, salt and dill. Serve with the meatballs and enjoy.
