Keto Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups thickened cream
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla bean or 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Gelatine
Instructions
- Combine milk, erythritol and cream in a medium saucepan.
- Using a sharp knife, split the vanilla bean in half lengthways and scrap out seeds with the back of the knife.
- Slowly bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from the heat and remove the vanilla bean.
- While the mixture is still warm, add the gelatine and mix in thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into 2 ramekins and refrigerate overnight.
- To remove, place ramekins in hot water for 1 minute, then flip upside down onto a plate. Cover with berries and enjoy.

I have looked at many of your recipes and you do state carbs but not net carbs. My question is are the carbs you list as net carbs?
